We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bradford. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management. This position will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing solutions to improve our business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision making
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks in project implementation
• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
